In 2020 I was one of several composers to be included in the Masterminds Music Kit for CS:GO - my contribution was the Gunman Taco Truck music kit. On August 20, 2024, Masterminds II will be released as a soundtrack album on all streaming platforms (Spotify pre-save link), and will be available in CounterStrike 2.
All of the composers from the first Masterminds are taking part in the sequel, so besides myself, it will include Matt Levine (who also produced the soundtrack), Austin Wintory, Ben Bromfield, Tree Adams, Tim Huling, Sam Marshall, and Daniel Sadowski.
My kit, "Coffee!Kofé!Kahveh!" (yes, coffee 3x!) is a Balkan brass, street party influenced collection of tunes. In the Bay Area there is a thriving Balkan music scene which includes bands like Inspector Gadjé, & Fanfare Zambeleta,(members of which played on this music kit) - so much so that there was a recent documentary made about the scene called Balkancisco.
